Notice of the Rules Comitee
The EGF rules committee has decided that the play of unnecessary stones on the board in an attempt
to drive opponent(s) over his/her/their time is considered to be unsportsmanlike behaviour and thus
under rule 2.1 of the EGF tournament rules is grounds for loss of the game.
