Immediately after our arrival careless of the jetlag we immediately invaded Gionata’s house. All members of the go club brought something to eat and Italian wine (good!). We were a bit confused by their strange English with an Italian accent but we enjoyed ourselves a lot. At the end we started a Midnight Christmas Eve Pair Go.
I used to think that in Italy everyone goes to church to pray on Christmas Eve, but I found out that all members of the Go club in Milano are really different: they all eat, drink and enjoy themselves. Since that night I became a big fan of Milano Go club, that’s why I very often come to Italy. You can call it Italian mania (almost an illness).
This Congress is very important for Italy and I have seen all its preparation from the very beginning. There may be little problems but Gionata and all the others have made very big efforts. There are only a few days left, so let’s try to enjoy ourselves as much as possible, and, if you like you can all become Italy maniacs.
