The second issue of the CongressNews is in your hands. Perhaps it is the first number you really have had, because the circulation from Nº 1 was not high enough. We hope there will be enough copies this time so that everyone could get at least one. A second printing is on its way with this issue. Again we will ask the participants of this congress to write articles. We know that for most of you English is not your native language (as for us). If you want to write something and you are not sure how to do it or which English words to use you can contact us in our production room. Everyone can meet us there each day between 17:30 and 18:00. The title of Nº 1 was drawn by the congress cartoonist Andreas Fecke. This title shows Mr. and Mrs. Takagi from Japan. Mr. Takagi plays 2 Dan while Mrs. Takagi took professional training for this congress. She already knows atari, ko and the ladder. Since their signs didn’t fit on the front page we put them here.
